Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. No Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed or a service has been purchased. This applies to all offerings, including:

  • Memberships and subscriptions
  • Workshop or expedition bookings
  • Awards, contests, or grant submissions
  • Digital downloads or virtual services

2. No Refunds

All payments made to Pure Street Photography® are non-refundable. We operate on a strict no-refund policy, regardless of usage, attendance, submission status, or user satisfaction. By purchasing from our platform, you agree to this in full.

This policy ensures transparency and fairness to all participants, especially for limited-entry programs and judged competitions.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • If a product or service was charged in error
  • If Pure Street Photography® cancels an event or service for which you have paid

Any such exceptions will be handled at our sole discretion. You may be required to provide documentation or proof of error.

4. Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your card provider or PayPal/Stripe, we reserve the right to suspend your access to all Pure Street Photography® services while the matter is investigated. Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent suspension.
